About Karen
Karen brings over 30 years of hands-on experience to the world of learning and development for teams and those in a leadership role.
She designs and delivers highly targeted learning and performance solutions for CEO's, managers, leaders and teams, and works closely with businesses and SME's to ensure effective outcomes within the workplace.
Karen has supported entrepreneurs, business leaders and teams across Europe, Asia, America and the Middle East and holds a fellowship with the Association for Coaching.

About the project
We have had the pleasure of working with Karen over several years on a number of projects, but we were most excited about this one. This was our opportunity to design and produce a flagship website which truly reflected the core of the wide range of expertise and experience that Karen brings to the business world.
We worked closely with Karen to create a stylish design which communicates the fundamentals of what she offers and a clear, concise breakdown of the services and tailored solutions.
There is a clearly designed focus on the problems that an SME or CEO needs to solve, the goals of the process and the desired outcomes, to reflect the way in which Karen works with clients.
We produced dedicated landing pages for each type of service, and built in direct contact forms for quick and easy access.
As well as showcasing the services Karen offers, we also took the opportunity to showcase an array of fantastic client reviews and testimonials.
The website boasts a carefully considered selection of graphic styles and fonts, and utilises a combination of video, photography and iconography to communicate the nature of the business and relate to the target audience.

The website is fully optimised for tablets and mobile, ensuring the best possible experience for when and where ever users access.
The design is integrated onto our EOS CMS, which allows for easy updating and website evolution. It is fully browser based and can be accessed any time, anywhere.
An integrated SEO core ensures that you can concisely communicate to Google and other search engines exactly what the purpose and intent of your pages are, and the layout manager allows for creative page structure and design.
