Image galleries for custom pages

Learn how to use your galleries to upload images to your custom pages. Create fantastic visual showcases for your users to browse on your website.

Promote your work, display a portfolio of clients or just simply showcase some beautiful images;

Your custom page galleries are a great way for you to display images on your website pages for users to view. Galleries, if added into your page template (view page template editing) will allow you to upload multiple images to your page for users to browse.

When editing a Custom Page, you will see a gallery upload area (if enabled);

Gallery Update Mode

In the Gallery upload you can;

  • Browse and upload files from your computer (JPG or PNG)
  • Add a title to each image (the image ALT tag is generated from this title automatically)
  • Add a description for each image
  • Delete all images from gallery
  • Use the move button to drag and drop images to reorder them on the page

Once uploaded your images will display on the page in one of the following formats;

  • Grid style thumbnail list display, allowing users to click to open a slide gallery
  • An embedded on-page gallery that users can slide through without opening a pop up

Please note: The display style of your gallery will be determined by the settings on the component which can be set in the page template. You can find out more about this here.
