The clear and certain advice with regards to COVID-19 primarily is Social Distancing. Help minimise the risk of passing this between eachother and give the NHS the valuable time they need to prepare and cope with the situation. Staying clear from vulnerable people and ensuring that we heaviliy minimise the risk of physical contact.

Use other means of staying in contact and supporting eachother by way of telephone, video calls and social media.

Avoid social gatherings, work from home where possible and stay around 2 metres apart.

At present it is advised we can still make neccessary trips for food, medical supplies and outdoor exercise, however we should do this also with care and caution.
